ZM vibration grinder

The material and grinding medium in the grinding cylinder vibrate and collide inside the cylinder, and roll and rotate along the cylinder wall. The material is crushed and ground in the vibration, collision, and rolling process. The characteristics of vibration mills are low energy consumption, fine particle size, and high applicability. Traditional vibration mills are difficult to scale up due to their large vibration force, and are commonly used for small and medium-sized production and ultrafine grinding and grinding of difficult to grind materials.
Principle:
The ZM vibration grinder uses an exciter or vibration motor as the vibration source to drive the grinding drum to vibrate, with a circular amplitude. The vibrating body is supported by a flexible spring. Materials and media undergo high-frequency vibration, impact, shearing, and grinding inside the cylinder, while rolling and rotating along the cylinder wall, that is, simultaneously self propagating and revolving. The material flows from one end of the grinding cylinder to the other end, and the finely ground material is discharged from the discharge port. There are two types of grinding cylinder liners: metal wear-resistant liners and non-metal wear-resistant liners. There are two main types of grinding media: metal and non-metal, with spherical and rod-shaped shapes.
